Sek fell for Remy when he saved her life at an archaeological site in Egypt, having caused the collapse of the temple that she was investigating in the first place. She became besotted with his charming personality and good looks at that point and he became a staple in her dreams, swooping to her rescue in a variety of situations that she had been in before.

When they are rivals for the Momentary Princess Sek comments that Remy scores an A+ for entrance but only a B for toosh, and they both flirt. Since then she has helped him on more than a few occasions, including saving his life while they were both searching for the Tomorrow Stone and helping him travel into the past to fulfil his responsibilities there.
