 | Genevieve Darcenauex BiographyGenevieve ran across Remy in Paris, where he saved her from Sabretooth and seduced her. It turned out that for his 'Tracts of Passage' into the Thieves' Guild when he was seventeen he was required to steal the L'Etroile du Tricherie, the Cheating Star pendant from her for the Guild, and the seduction was just a means to an end for him. This cumulated to a night of passion, after which he took the pendant and left. Unfortunately Sabretooth had been hired by the man from whom Genevieve had stolen the pendant to get it back, and he kidnapped both her and Henri LeBeau, dangling them from the top of Notre Dame in order to get Remy to turn the pendant over to him. Sabretooth then dropped them both and Remy was only able to save his brother while Genevieve fell to her death. Dying in Remy's arms she confessed that she had truely loved him and that if he had just asked she would have given the pendant to him. |
